以下辦法經111-1總務會議修訂通過，修訂後版本詳各法規連結。

公告一：元智大學公務車申請使用辦法修訂通過。
“YZU Regulations for Using the Official Car “ has been approved by the 111-1 General Affairs Committee Meeting.
修訂說明：反映用車成本，提高派車油料費收費標準，原條文所列的費用(過橋費、過路費、停車費)將包含在調整後的油料費中，不再另外計收。

公告二：元智大學特聘、講（客）座教授暨貴賓招待所設置與管理辦法修訂通過。
“YZU Regulations for Guest House Management “ has been approved by the 111-1 General Affairs Committee Meeting.
修訂說明： 法規文字配合科技部更名予以調整刪除；申請文件條文整併；原招待所「15號3樓A室」已不受理短期住宿申請。

公告三：元智大學校區車輛管理辦法修訂通過。
“ YZU Regulations for Campus Vehicle Management “ has been approved by the 111-1 General Affairs Committee Meeting.
修訂說明：
- 汽車識別證場地維護費收費標準證別增設5格票。
- 博士生3年級即比照在職專班與延修生標準收費。
