YZU navigates children in Taoyuan to know the world

The Office of Student Affairs at Yuan Ze University has executed the program of Global Cultural Initiative since 2018 that organizes foreigner students to share exotic culture and customs in the elementary schools in Taoyuan and bring students multilingual and multicultural experience.

The Global Cultural Initiative will organize 20 activities in Datan Elementary School, Caota Elementary School, Cheng Kang Elementary School, Shalung Elementary School, Hua Shiun Elementary School, Dong Ming Elementary School, respectively. The first three Culture Navigators who are from Gambia, Kingdom of Eswatini, and Turkey went to the first two schools to present their culture, dance, food that broaden students’ vision and experience international etiquette.
