Learning Questionnaires For Students

In the 2025-2026 Academic Year, the university significantly updated the Learning Questionnaires to improve its appropriateness. The revised questionnaires are intended to guide students in developing self-reflection, adopting sound learning attitudes and effective study methods, and to assist instructors in gaining a clearer understanding of students’ learning difficulties so as to enhance learning outcomes.

The university administers anonymous Learning Questionnaires at midterm and at the end of each semester. These questionnaires help instructors understand students’ learning conditions and evaluate their satisfaction with teaching, while also encouraging outstanding faculty members to sustain their instructional excellence.

  • Beginning-of-Semester Learning Survey:
When completing the questionnaire, students begin with a self-assessment, reflecting on their learning efforts, the factors affecting their performance, their learning outcomes, how they plan to adjust their study strategies, and the support they expect from instructors or the university. Once the questionnaire is completed, instructors can access the results promptly, enabling them to adjust their subsequent teaching. Departments can also review teaching conditions and provide support when necessary.
  • End-of-Semester Learning Survey:
When completing the questionnaire, students begin with a self-assessment, reflecting on their learning efforts and considering whether they can evaluate the course fairly and objectively through the questionnaire. Students can also express their appreciation, provide suggestions, and share their satisfaction with the instructor’s teaching, while giving feedback to the department on teaching improvements to enhance overall teaching quality. Once the questionnaire is completed, instructors can review the results only after final grades have been submitted, ensuring that students’ responses do not influence their grades.
