Credit Recognition Standards
Credits cannot be double-counted in the following cases:
×The project content overlaps with existing courses or has already been credited.
×The project is identical to existing work such as a thesis, capstone project, or internship without independent innovation or extension.
×If project contents overlap across different types of self-directed learning, credits can only be granted once.
Example: A research project already submitted under the “Research” type cannot be resubmitted as a “Competition” project.
