  1. Borrowers should register with the Alumni Association and pay the fee on-site when collecting the gown.
  1. The borrower's online departure process is controlled via the Portal system.

  1. Borrowers must return the gown within the specified period.
  1. In case of damage or loss, please proceed to the Office of General Affairs to pay the compensation fee.
  1. The restriction on the borrower's online departure process will be lifted via the Portal system.
