The Personnel Office has established the "Project Research Assistant Talent Pool Platform" to provide career transition opportunities for our project assistants and promote internal talent development within the university. This initiative helps reduce the training costs and resource waste associated with external recruitment and supports the sustainable development of our human resources.
This platform allows departments or Principal Investigator in need of recruitment, as well as project assistants whose projects are nearing completion, to search for suitable talent and job opportunities..
Conditions for Data Registration on the Platform:
- Only current project assistants who have worked at the university for one year or more are eligible.
- Applicants must complete the "Project Research Assistant Talent Pool Platform Data Registration Application Form" and submit it to the Personnel Office for listing in the "Project Research Assistant Talent Pool."
- If the applicant does not remain at the university before their employment ends, their registration data can be listed only up to three months after the employment end date. If the applicant finds a new job or confirms that they will not stay at the university during the listing period, they must notify the Personnel Office to remove their data.
- If the registration information provided by the applicant is found to be inaccurate or not in compliance with regulations, the Personnel Office reserves the right to suspend the listing of the applicant's data.
