     1. Processed in accordance with Official Letter No. 1153000826 dated September 2, 2026, issued by the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
     2. The objective of this competition is to enhance students' cyber security problem-solving capabilities and practical experience. Designed around current cyber security threat trends, the competition consists of a preliminary round and a final round. The target participants include currently enrolled students from junior high schools, senior high schools, and colleges/universities.
     3. Key information regarding the competition is summarized below:
        • Registration Period: September 1, 2026 (Tue.) 09:00 to September 30, 2026 (Wed.) 17:00.
        • Preliminary Round: October 17, 2026 (Sat.).
        • Announcement of Finalists: October 30, 2026 (Fri.).
        • Final Round and Award Ceremony: November 27, 2026 (Fri.).
        (2) Competition Awards:
        • College / University Category:
          • 1st Place: Team trophy/plaque, NT$120,000 worth of prizes, and individual certificates.
          • 2nd Place: Team trophy/plaque, NT$70,000 worth of prizes, and individual certificates.
          • 3rd Place: Team trophy/plaque, NT$50,000 worth of prizes, and individual certificates.
          • Additional Awards: 2 "Outstanding Talent" awards (Fēng Máng Bì Lù) and 5 "Emerging Talent" awards (Zhǎn Lù Tóu Jiǎo).
        • Junior High & Senior High Category:
          • 1st Place: Team trophy/plaque, NT$30,000 worth of prizes, and individual certificates.
          • 2nd Place: Team trophy/plaque, NT$20,000 worth of prizes, and individual certificates.
          • 3rd Place: Team trophy/plaque, NT$10,000 worth of prizes, and individual certificates.
          • Additional Awards: 2 "Outstanding Talent" awards (Fēng Máng Bì Lù).
