  2. In order to reset password, check the library counter during office hours or call extension 2321 for help.
  3. Some Anti-virus software may block Window of authentication, disable beforehand when necessary.
  4. Two-steps authentication are required for graduates. Please read SMS authentication settings(CHT) and Passwords of application settings(CHT).

  • Outlook Express user, please check the Outgoing Mail Server’s box labeled “My server requires authentication.
