YZU students win prizes in Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest

Two teams from College of Management win prizes in 2017 Cross-Strait Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest in Chengdu. “Concrete Farmer,” instructed by Assistant Professor Lan-Lung Chiang (江藍龍) and presented by Tang Yun (唐昀), Lien Chen (連真), Tsai Pei-Lun(蔡沛倫) and Ma Chen-Wei(馬振惟). The other winner is “Blueprint for Elderly Care,” advised by Yung-Ching Tseng (曾詠青), Assistant Professor, and the team includes Shan Wang-Ting (單琬婷), Wu Chia-Jung(吳佳蓉), Chang Ya-Yu(張雅喻), Lin Chia-Hui(林佳慧) and Chou Yun (周筠).

The contest, hosted by Asia Stars Industrial Park and YZU, draws more than 100 teams from institutes and universities around the island to attend. Six teams win the first round and go for the semi-final context taken place in Chengdu City. After having gone through the presentation and QA session, these students get excellent scores and win their prizes.
