YZU research papers presented at ISSCC for two years

Known as the "integrated circuit Olympics," International Solid-State Circuits Conference, ISSCC, originated in 1953 by the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society, is a foremost global and authoritative forum in the integrated circuit industry. This year, a total of twenty-two research papers from Taiwan are presented at ISSCC 2020, including the paper “A 100Gb/s NRZ Transmitter with 8-Tap FFE Using a 7b DAC in 40nm CMOS” from Prof. Pen-Jui Peng and his students of YZU Department of Electrical Engineering. Prof. Peng’s paper was accepted to ISSCC last year and he succeeds the achievement again. In addition, YZU is also the only private university presenting papers at the conference for two consecutive years.
