In anticipation of the upcoming Lunar New Year, Yuan Ze University’s Global Affairs Office hosted a unique event where nearly a hundred international students and faculty enthusiastically participated in writing traditional New Year couplets to usher in the Year of the Tiger. Through an Instagram check-in activity, they explored the lively atmosphere of a Taiwanese Lunar New Year market, immersing themselves in the rich festive spirit. The event aimed to create a warm and welcoming environment, blending cultural exchange with the joyous traditions of the season.
