1. This workshop is conducted in accordance with the Ministry of Education letter No. 1152702353, dated July 29, 2026.
2. Pursuant to Point 3 of the Implementation Regulations for Personal Data File Security Maintenance Plans for Private Junior Colleges and Above and Private Academic Research Institutions, private junior colleges and above are required to establish personal data file security maintenance plans and implement appropriate security measures and management practices to prevent personal data from being stolen, altered, damaged, lost, or disclosed.
