YZU Micro course present Burmese cuisine and learn to make crisp stuffed bun

Yuan Ze University executed the USR project (University Social Responsibility), called as Taoyuan Cultural Corridor, and opened the micro course of Burmese cuisine connecting with the course of Introduction of Digital Video by Prof. Shih-Ming Chang and ISEETV teams. The production team went to Long Gang to film how to make the local snacks such as crisp stuffed bun, pickles and pea meal; and shoot students’ participation.

Jia-Chi Liang, director of Yuan Ze University College of General Studies, said that students learn how to cook multi-exotic cuisine in class connecting with the project that professional video production team and intern students record the micro course as well. Students experience the multi cultures and races by learning to make different food from hoklo, hakka or military dependent villages, as well as, exotic cuisine in western counties, Japan or Myanmar Yunnan region.
