YZU English camp introduces VR in learning

Yuan Ze University has hold freshman English camp with one thousand students before new semester for ten years. Yuan Ze University is the only school in Taiwan, which ask freshman students to participate in English camp combining courses and extracurricular activities.

Ms. Michelle Huang, the teacher of English camp, introduces virtual reality in the class to improve learners’ motivation. In class, students use smart phone with 3D glasses in 360° view to study English vocabularies in the virtual library and campus. Besides, YZU also adopt the immersive learning to hele students learn English grammar through visiting virtual world and enjoy the instructive technology.
