When any unit holds activities in the name of YZU or uses university resources (such as classrooms, venues, or equipment) to provide services, any income collected must be deposited into the YZU bank account.

Please also issue an official receipt for each payment to ensure proper control of financial transactions. Units that do not follow these procedures will be responsible for any issues that arise during reimbursement or auditing.

Examples of such income includ:

  1. Registration fees for conferences, workshops, or camps
  2. Venue rental fees for classrooms or conference rooms
  3. Equipment rental fees
  4. Fines or penalties set by the unit
  5. Other income that should be recorded as university revenue
