- The Construction and Maintenance Section will notify all faculty, staff, and students in advance via email.

- For scheduled outages, the Construction and Maintenance Section will remain on standby to promptly restore supply and conduct system checks once service resumes.
- For unexpected power outages, the Section will activate emergency power generators and provide updates after troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
4. Public Facilities and Campus Building Maintenance
Q1: What maintenance services does the Office of General Affairs provide, and how can I report an issue?
- Public facilities: Include external main pipelines for water supply and drainage, water leaks, outages, and basement sewage/water pumps.
- Campus buildings: Include roof or exterior wall leaks and falling tiles.
