  • For scheduled outages, the Construction and Maintenance Section will remain on standby to promptly restore supply and conduct system checks once service resumes.
  • For unexpected power outages, the Section will activate emergency power generators and provide updates after troubleshooting and resolving the issue.

Q1: What maintenance services does the Office of General Affairs provide, and how can I report an issue?
