【體育館周邊管制公告】3月22日(五)13:00~21:00體育館不開放、3月23日(六)08:00~16:00環校道路車輛管制作業

主旨：35週年校慶校友聯誼餐會體育館周邊管制公告

說明：

  1. 廠商預計3月22日(五) 13:00~21:00進行施工及場佈作業，體育館不開放。
  2. 屆時機具車輛進出作業頻繁，將占用體育館及其周邊道路，體育館側門停車格不開放，如下圖。
  3. 作業期間請行人暫由男一宿前或學生活動中心進出，作業完成即恢復。
  1. 3月23日(六) 為避免車輛進出造成堵塞餐會會場，將於操場旁環校道路設置管制點，管制時間為8:00-16:00，管制時間操場旁停車格暫停開放，如下圖。
  2. 如廠商及辦公同仁有進出需求，請告知管制人員並請協助停至第三宿舍地下室停車場。
  3. 若造成不便請見諒，謝謝合作！

 


Subject: Notice of Control Measures around the Gymnasium for the 35th Anniversary Alumni Reunion Dinner

Details:

  1. The contractor is scheduled to carry out construction and setup operations on March 22nd (Friday) from 13:00 to 21:00, and the gymnasium will be closed.
  2. During this time, there will be frequent vehicular access and operations, occupying the gymnasium and its surrounding roads. Parking spaces at the gymnasium side entrance will not be available, as shown in the diagram below.
  3. During the operation period, pedestrians are advised to temporarily enter and exit through the front of Male Dormitory Building 1 or the Student Activity Center. Normal access will resume upon completion of the operation.
  1. On March 23rd (Saturday), to prevent traffic congestion around the banquet venue, control points will be set up along the perimeter road next to the playground. The control period will be from 8:00 to 16:00. During this time, parking spaces next to the playground will be temporarily unavailable, as shown in the diagram below.
  2. If contractors and office colleagues need to enter or exit, please inform the control personnel and kindly cooperate by parking at the underground parking lot of the third dormitory.
