Notification of Feng Chia University's "2026 Educational System Cybersecurity Professional Training - Introduction to Cybersecurity" (see attachment). Please take note and inform your subordinates.

1. This notice is issued in accordance with Feng Chia University's letter dated April 30, 2026 (Ref. No. Feng-Zi-1150008571).
2. To assist various educational units with their cybersecurity operations, this course will lead participants through a behavioral psychology lens to analyze how hackers exploit fear, curiosity, and greed for sophisticated deception. It will also unveil the professional operational models of Ransomware-as-a-Service (RaaS) groups, which function like corporate enterprises. Through the review of real-world cases, participants will learn how to see through disguises and establish the final psychological line of defense before a crisis occurs.
3. The course will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM in Room B07 of the Information and Electrical Engineering Building at Feng Chia University. Personnel responsible for cybersecurity from Taiwan Academic Network (TANet) Regional Centers, City/County Educational Network Centers, and schools at all levels are encouraged to register and participate. Attendees shall be granted official leave and registered for teacher professional development hours.
