The Office of Information Services is pleased to announce that the new Yuan Ze University Mobile App (Version 3.0) has been officially launched on September 30, 2025.

Built with a brand-new core framework, the app has been completely redesigned to provide you with a smoother and more intuitive user experience.

Please note that the previous version (App 2.2) will be discontinued and removed from service on October 31.

We kindly ask all students to download and start using the new version as soon as possible.

If you encounter any issues while using the app, please feel free to contact the System Division for assistance.

Microsoft 365 Education Edition Storage Space Change Notification (Source: Microsoft Official Announcement):

1. Starting from February 1, 2023, Microsoft will limit each user to 100 GB of OneDrive storage space.
2. Starting from August 1, 2023, Microsoft will significantly reduce the total storage space for schools to 100 TB, including OneDrive, SharePoint (Teams), and Exchange (Email).

To enhance the quality of our information services, the Office of Library and Information Services is conducting the "2024 Academic Year Information Service Quality Expectations Survey." The results will serve as an important reference for future improvements. All faculty, staff, and students are sincerely invited to participate.

Dear Alumni,

In response to changes in Microsoft M365 Education storage policies, , and to ensure the continuous operation of our school's Microsoft 365 services

According to the resolution of the first Information Services Meeting of Yuan Ze University for the 2024 academic year, the university will terminate M365 services for alumni (with email service retained only) and enforce cloud file deletion starting January 2026. The details are as follows:

l   Alumni will no longer have access to Microsoft 365 services, with only email service being retained.

l   Please make sure to back up and remove your cloud data by December 31, 2025, to avoid permanent data loss due to the enforced deletion.

l   From January to March 2026, we will proceed to permanently delete cloud storage files of alumni (excluding graduates of the 2024 academic year).
