First, a chip package including a wiring board, a chip and numbers of solder joints is provided, wherein the chip is disposed on the wiring board, and the solder joints are disposed between the chip and the wiring board to electrically connect the chip to the wiring board. Next, a first current and a second current are alternately applied to a side of the solder joints, wherein flowing directions of the first current and the second current are opposite. The current density of the first current is 103˜10A/cm2, and the current density of the second current is 103˜10A/cm2.

A human body balance signals measuring system and the method of analysis thereof that has a measuring device, a filter amplifier, an A/D convertor (analog to digital convertor), a signal receiving module, and a data analyze module. The measuring device is linked with the filter amplifier. The filter amplifier can detect and collect the voltage signals caused by pressure change and then filter and amplify the signals. The signals are send to the A/D convertor to convert the analog circuit signals into digital signals for the receiving module to use these voltage change values for human body center of gravity offset evaluation to obtain the COP (center of pressure) offset and COP offset velocity. The data analyze module uses the measured body center of gravity offset for MSE (multiscale entropy) to quantitative the dynamic of human body center of gravity and verify the accuracy of this measuring system.

A joint estimation and compensation method of RF imperfections in a LIE (Long Term Evolution) uplink system comprises steps: establishing a joint signal model with RF imperfections; according to the joint signal model, undertaking estimation and compensation of CFO, DC offset, multipath channel, IQ imbalance and shaping filter imbalance of a received signal; and using a frequency equalizer to equalize said received signal and determine modulation data. For reducing computational complexity, the present invention further converts the received signal from a time domain to a frequency domain to undertake frequency domain compensation. The present invention can indeed solve the problems of IQ imbalance, filter imbalance, DC offset, multipath channel and CFO and effectively estimate and compensate RF imperfections in the LTE uplink system.

Luminous elements on opposite axial ends of the resistor are activated, according to the disposition angle, for illumination, while luminous elements on opposite lateral sides of the resistor are shut down so that a clear color resistor image can be obtained.

METHOD FOR CONTROLLING BETA-TIN ORIENTATION IN SOLDER JOINTS

A method for controlling the beta-tin crystal orientation in solder joints is provided. The method is suitable for joining metallization pads using a solder containing tin and silver. By adjusting the silver content in the solder within a specific range of equal to or more than 2.5 wt. % and less than 3.2 wt. %, the [001] axes of beta-tin crystals in the solder is aligned to be in the direction parallel with a solder/metallization pad interface substantially. Electromigration-induced solder deformations and metallization pad consumption can be significantly reduced when solder joints have such a microstructure. Additionally, the undesired Ag3Sn plates in the solder matrix can be avoided accordingly.
