本發明提出一種回音消除方法及其系統。所述回音消除方法包括以下步驟。首先,建立包括複數個空間特徵向量之先驗知識矩陣。接著,以先驗知識矩陣與權重向量產生初始適應濾波向量。其後,將輸入訊號與初始適應濾波向量以迭代演算法估計原始訊號經由近端空間之空間脈衝響應所產生之脈衝響應訊號以調整權重向量,並更新初始適應濾波向量之係數。根據調整後之權重向量產生對應於脈衝響應訊號的近端適應濾波向量。最後,根據近端適應濾波向量對後續之輸入訊號進行濾波。
