【Course Information】20260513_114-2 Academic Ethics & IPR Training (Lecture in Chinese)

  • Topic:  AI in Thesis Writing: A Productivity Booster or a Research Risk?
  • Introduce:

Generative AI has transformed academic research paradigms while presenting new challenges to originality, copyright, and ethics. For researchers today, balancing the use of these tools with the preservation of academic integrity is an essential priority.

To address these issues, the Office of R&D has invited Assistant Research Fellow Shu-Yi Huang (NTU) to share practical insights. This seminar will analyze the academic writing process and demonstrate how to utilize AI tools and efficient prompting for literature reviews, logical optimization, and journal submissions—improving efficiency while ensuring ethical compliance. We cordially invite all faculty and students to join us in establishing sound practices for AI use, maximizing its auxiliary value under the foundation of academic integrity.
