I. Legal Basis
This selection process is conducted in accordance with the "Operational Guidelines for the Executive Yuan Outstanding Scientific and Technological Contribution Award" and the "National Science and Technology Council Operational Guidelines for the Selection of the Executive Yuan Outstanding Scientific and Technological Contribution Award."
II. Scope of Contributions
The research and development achievements or designs eligible for this award include, but are not limited to, design breakthroughs, technological innovations, and original theoretical models in the fields of:

Natural Sciences

Engineering and Technology

Life Sciences, Medicine, and Agriculture

Humanities, Social Sciences, and Science Education
Contributions should demonstrate the creation of differentiated value, solve practical problems, and have a significant impact on social, economic, or academic development, thereby influencing human life and societal progress.
III. Application Procedures
The selection process is conducted via an online application system.

Submission: Nominees must log in to the "Executive Yuan Outstanding Scientific and Technological Contribution Award Online System" (https://wdrap.nstc.gov.tw/IRAPortal/home/Home.aspx) to fill out and upload the required nomination materials.

Deadline: Materials must be submitted by the specified deadline. Late submissions or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
