The resume submission deadline is scheduled for the end of October, with interviews beginning in early November.
Internship Arrangements

Location: Factories in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Duration: Three months, tentatively scheduled from March to June 2026. The actual start date and internship period will depend on visa and flight arrangements.

Monthly Stipend: NT$ 32,000, converted to USD based on the exchange rate on the payment date and deposited into a foreign currency account.

Board and Lodging: Provided by the company.

Airfare: The company will provide one round-trip ticket for travel to the factory at the start of the internship and for the return to Taiwan upon completion. (Interns are not permitted to return to Taiwan during the internship period).

Insurance: Group insurance (including medical and accident insurance) is provided. Interns are required to cover 30% of the premium (approximately NT$ 245).
Requirements

Final-year undergraduate students (seniors) or second-year graduate students. Overseas Chinese students and second-generation immigrants are encouraged to apply.

Open to all majors: Students will be placed in various departments for training.

Japanese Majors: Will be assigned to factories working with Japanese brands for training.

Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management Majors: Will be placed in production units for training.

Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Materials Science Majors: Will be placed in R&D units for training.

Interested in the footwear industry and overseas work.

Intermediate or higher proficiency in English or Japanese communication.

Basic presentation skills.

Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly adaptable.
