I. Job Responsibilities:

Project Research and Support: Conduct market research and data collection on digital financial products; organize business data.

Administrative and Document Processing: Assist with customer applications, account opening, and related procedures. Help verify and input data for abnormal transaction cases to facilitate supervisor review and case closing.

Account and Payment Processing: Handle departmental expense requests, customer fund transfers (incorrect transfers), and payment transaction execution.

Business Performance Tracking: Compile daily sales performance reports and distribute business performance updates.

Event Support: Assist with important division events (e.g., year-end parties, spring parties, departmental meetings, etc.).
II. Education:

Final-year undergraduate or master's student.
III. Other Qualifications:

Fast learner, innovative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to learn and grow with colleagues.

Proficient in basic Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and capable of independently organizing data and creating presentations.

Possesses logical, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
IV. Training Schedule:

During the Semester: A minimum of 16 hours per week.
