To ensure the sustainable operation of the venue and cultivate individuals interested in working in arts and culture centers, the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying) offers practical work internship opportunities for university students in their third year or above to participate in the center's operations. This program aims to expand their knowledge of arts and culture and allow them to experience the workplace environment ahead of graduation.
