To strengthen the connection between corporate operations and student internships through industry-academic collaboration, our company has opened applications for this year’s summer internship program. The application details are as follows:

Submission Policy: We only accept application materials submitted by university departments (please have the department collect and send them collectively). If a student sends the application individually, the application form must bear the official department stamp.

Review Process
The Human Resources Department will compile all resumes and provide them to the responsible managers for screening. Confirmed candidates will be notified by the HR Department by April 30 (both the applicant and their department will be informed).
Attendance Regulations

Internship Period: July 1 to August 31 (2 full months). Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this full duration.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, following the company calendar (aligned with the official government administrative calendar).

Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM; Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM.

Leave Requests: Any leave must be requested in advance to the unit manager or mentor. Interns are responsible for reporting leave to their school (please proactively inform HR if the school has specific regulations).

Benefits and Requirements

Allowance: An internship allowance of NT$7,500 per month will be provided.

Accommodation & Transport: No accommodation or transportation is provided; interns must arrange these themselves. Please do not apply if you cannot meet these conditions.

Support: The company provides group insurance and lunch during the internship, and a mentor will be assigned to provide assistance and guidance.

Responsibilities: Interns must carry out the instructions and tasks assigned by managers and mentors. A reflective report must be completed before the end of the internship (the format should follow the school’s requirements; if the school has no specific format, the company’s template shall be used).
Important Reminder: Admitted interns who are unable to participate must notify the company by May 12. Failure to provide timely notice of withdrawal may result in the company adjusting the future admission quotas for students from that respective school.
