The program aims to cultivate the next generation of rapid transit technical talent, enhance professional knowledge in public transportation construction and operation, and establish a correct understanding of career life and professional ethics among students.
Target Candidates:

Current students transitioning from 3rd to 4th year of undergraduate studies.

Students transitioning from 1st to 2nd year of master's programs.

Primarily open to students from Taoyuan Metro’s partner universities.

Note: Candidates who have completed "Smart Railway Micro-courses" are preferred.
Internship Schedule:

General Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30.

Flexible Working Hours: Clock-in between 08:00–09:00 and clock-out between 17:00–18:00 (Must complete 8 working hours per day).

Lunch Break: 12:30–13:30 (One hour; not included in internship hours).

Special Requirement: Interns in the "Systems Department - Electronics Plant" may occasionally need to observe equipment on-site during night shifts (22:00–07:00) for no more than 7 days.

Note: Schedules may be adjusted based on the unit's needs, provided they comply with the Labor Standards Act.
