To cultivate talent in arts management and cultural administration, the Bureau provides practical internship opportunities for university students in accordance with the "Operational Guidelines for Student Internships of the New Taipei City Government Cultural Affairs Bureau and its Subordinate Institutions."

Internship Hours and Attendance:

Required Hours:

Semester-based: No less than 16 hours per week.

Summer-based: No less than 200 hours total during the summer.

Consistency: The internship must be completed in a single continuous period; segmented internships are not permitted.

Attendance:

Students must not arrive late or leave early and must sign in and out on time.

Leave requests must be submitted via a formal leave form to the mentor; leave is only granted after the hosting unit completes the process.

Hours taken as leave will not be counted toward the total internship hours.

Scheduling: Interns must follow the schedule of their assigned unit. Depending on operational needs, interns may be required to work on weekends or holidays.
Completion Requirements:

Final Report: Before the end of the internship, a reflective report of at least 1,500 words must be submitted to the mentor.

Identification: The internship ID badge must be returned upon completion.
