Application Process

Application Steps:

1. Upon receiving the official NSTC (National Science and Technology Council) announcement, the Office of Research and Development (ORD) will immediately notify all faculty members via email.

2. The Principal Investigator (PI) must identify an industry partner and complete the application process via the NSTC online submission system.

3. The PI must submit the proposal online before the internal deadline set by the university.

4. ORD will compile a list of applicants and submit all proposals to the NSTC before the official deadline.

Important Notes:

• Industry-academia collaboration projects must comply with the NSTC’s conflict of interest policy.

• If the cooperating enterprise intends to contribute by assigning personnel or providing equipment in lieu of direct financial contribution, the following must be submitted:

  • Application Form for Industry Participation or Equipment Contribution (Yuan Ze University)

  • Supporting documents such as proof of insurance, employment certificate, or equipment quotation, etc.

  • These documents must be submitted to the ORD at least one week before the internal deadline for signature and approval.
