Dear Teachers, Colleagues, and Students,
I hope this e-mail finds you well.
We would like to inform you that the Evaluation Committee for the Ministry of Education's "2024th Annual University Campus Evaluation" will be visiting our campus on 6/6 (Thursday) and 6/7 (Friday) for an on-site evaluation. Regarding the meeting arrangements, we kindly ask for your assistance in the following matters:
According to the schedule planned by the MOE, the committee members will listen to a briefing on the current situation of our school's affairs and teaching, review relevant materials, and tour the school facilities. The MOE will randomly select faculty, staff and students for meetings in advance. The time and location of the meetings will be individually notified by the secretariat. We kindly request that the selected faculty, staff and students cooperate and report to the designated time and place. We also ask teachers to kindly grant permission for students selected for meetings to take official leave (please see the explanation below) to attend the meetings.
We have a lot of experience in various kinds of evaluations in the past, and our performance in the previous evaluation (2018) was also very good. However, the indicators and operation mode of the evaluation have been slightly adjusted this time, and the result of the evaluation is even more important to the reputation of the university and the allocation of the relevant Ministry of Education awards and subsidies for the next six years, so we hope that all staff members and students will work together in order to facilitate the smooth conduct of the two-day evaluation visit.
Your cooperation and support in ensuring the success of this visit are greatly appreciated. Should you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to contact the secretariat: Ms. Sally Lu (ext. 2211), Ms. Haruna Liao (ext. 2213) and Ms. Josie Chang (ext. 2219).
Sincerely,
Secretary's Office
