During the review process, any revisions to the research plan should be addressed when responding to the committee’s comments. Starting from the fourth amendment, an amendment review fee will be charged each time, regardless of the review outcome. - Receipt Information
Once a receipt is issued, its date and details cannot be changed. Please ensure all information is correct for reimbursement, particularly the receipt title and whether the receipt date must fall within a designated month.
