The Ministry of Education (MOE) has forwarded the official notification from the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW, Ref. No. 1141671454A) regarding the "2025 List of Certified Institutional Review Boards (IRB) and Human Subject Protection Programs."
To ensure the rights and welfare of human research participants, we would like to remind all Principal Investigators (PIs) that prior to conducting any human research projects, the research protocols must be submitted to a certified IRB for ethical review.
