Position: Full-Time Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor

Location: Taoyuan, Taiwan

The College of Management at Yuan Ze University invites applications for 1–2 tenure-track faculty positions in the discipline of Business Management, nationality not limited. Candidates should be able to attend classes in English. Applicants with research potential, excellence in teaching, or interdisciplinary expertise are preferred.

We welcome candidates with expertise in the following areas:

  1. Technology and Strategy Management
  2. Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics
  1. Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in technology management, strategic management, general management, industrial engineering management, information management, or related fields from an accredited institution.
  • Capability to teach in English (EMI - English as a Medium of Instruction).
  • Demonstrated ability to publish in high-quality academic journals. Candidates with high research potential are strongly preferred.

  1. Faculty Qualification Review Form (MOE format).
  2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) and Autobiography (including education, experience, and research interests).
  3. Photocopy of Ph.D. Diploma.
    • Note: Foreign degrees must be verified by a Taiwan overseas representative office. If verification is pending due to time constraints, a signed affidavit or electronic copy may be submitted first for the application review. Verification will be required upon hiring.
  4. Official Ph.D. Transcript (Foreign degrees require verification as above).
  5. Teacher’s Certificate (if available).
  6. List of Academic Publications (indicating sources) and a summary of research achievements.
  7. Representative Publications (within the past 5 years).
  8. Two Letters of Recommendation (sent directly by referees via email or sealed envelope).
  9. Statement of Future Research.
  10. Teaching plans for newly offered courses (design 2~3 new courses within the areas of knowledge and technological innovation, artificial intelligence and business data analysis, and corporate innovation and management).
