Function

Personnel Office is a staff organization of YZU. It boosts the management of school’s human resource through its prospective thoughts and deliberate planning of human resource policies. Its main functions include the planning of human resource, the management of human resource, the management of working efficiency, the management of salaries and benefits, and the management of interpersonal skills among faculty and staff. By showing the function of the management of human resource, it makes the school to be filled with human resources of high qualities. It also plays an role as the main motive force for school to pursue innovation, internationalization and high quality.

Organization

Current members of Personnel Office are as follows: a chief whose concurrent position is a professor, three organizational staffs and fore contract-based staff.
