Function
Personnel Office is a staff organization of YZU . It boosts the management of school’s human resource through its prospective thoughts and deliberate planning of human resource policies . Its main functions include the planning of human resource , the management of human resource , the management of working efficiency , the management of salaries and benefits , and the management of interpersonal skills among faculty and staff . By showing the function of the management of human resource , it makes the school to be filled with human resources of high qualities . It also plays an role as the main motive force for school to pursue innovation , internationalization and high quality .
Organization
Current members of Personnel Office are as follows : a chief whose concurrent position is a professor , three organizational staffs and fore contract-based staff .
