College of Management of Yuan Ze University Professional Job Openings

In the pursuit of academic excellence, the College of Management at Yuan Ze University is currently accepting applications for positions as assistant/associate/full professors in the areas listed as below . 

Major/Area I：Priority is given to Economics majors. International Business majors are also fine.

Courses Offered：Economics, Market Competition Analysis, International Business Management, or other Economics and International Business related courses.

Major/Area II：Financial Econometrics, Corporate Finance, Investment, Financial Institutions or other financial fields.

Courses Offered：Econometrics, Portfolio and Security Analysis, Financial Market and Institution, The Practice of Corporate Valuation and Acquisitions, Financial Data Analysis

Major/Area III：Accounting, Taxation Law and Practice

Courses Offered：Intermediate Accounting, Financial Accounting Theory, Accounting Information, ESG/Circular Accounting

Major/Area IV：Financial Technology (Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analysis, Blockchain, etc.)

Courses Offered：Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing (text analysis) or Blockchain. The above courses focus on applications in the financial field.

We are inviting applications for positions that involve contributing to research and conducting teaching activities in the field, spanning undergraduate, postgraduate (including MBA, MS, and Ph.D.), and executive levels. The college is actively advancing its internationalization and diversification of faculty and staff. We extend a particularly warm welcome to international applicants.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate with a domestically or internationally recognized Ph.D. in a management-related field, accredited by the Ministry of Education, and possessing English teaching capabilities. Strong publication records or research potential are desirable.

  1. Curriculum Vitae and Personal Statement (including academic and professional background, expertise, and research interests).
  2. Copy of the Highest Degree Certificate (For those holding foreign degrees, please submit a verified graduation certificate from the overseas representative office. Graduating students should include a statement from the academic advisor, indicating the expected graduation date).
  3. Copy of the Transcript for graduate study (fresh Ph.D. only).
  4. Copy of Teaching Certificate (if available, otherwise not required).
  5. A publication list and a summary of the research and significant achievements.
  6. The most representative publications within the last five years and references to academic publications.
  7. Two letters of recommendation.
  8. Any other supporting materials.
