International Language and Culture Center Recruits a Full-time Contract Teacher

Qualifications

  1. Native-speaker or near-native-speaker proficiency in English
  2. Master degree of TESOL or a related field
  3. 3 years of teaching experience at the university level

Responsibilities

  1. Teach 16 hours per week during regular semesters
  2. Teach and prepare teaching materials for Freshmen English Summer Camp
  3. Participate and support teaching-related activities in the center.

  3. Thesis or dissertation
  4. Two reference letters, written within the last twelve months, one of which preferably by a direct supervisor in the current or previous appointment.
  5. Certificate of Lectureship issued by the MOE in Taiwan (if applicable).
  6. A copy of diploma of highest degree and transcripts
  7. Candidate holding a graduation certificate from foreign country should have the certificate certified or attested by the Taiwan's official or semi-official office in foreign nations.
  8. A copy of passport.
  9. Two inches photos for two.
  10. DVD as teaching demo and other relevant teaching materials in previous positions.
