Faculty Position Announcement – College of Management

The College of Management at Yuan Ze University invites applications for full-time faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. We welcome qualified candidates who are committed to excellence in teaching, research, and academic service.

Areas of Specialization

Major / Area I
General management fields, including Technology Management (e.g., innovation and entrepreneurship, technological innovation, big data analytics), Business Management (e.g., strategic management, sustainable development, logistics and supply chain management), or Management Science (e.g., production and operations management, decision sciences).
Major / Area II
Economics is preferred. Candidates specializing in International Business are also encouraged to apply.
Major / Area III
Human Resource Management and related fields. Preferred teaching expertise includes Business Ethics and Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management, Compensation and Performance Management, or other related subjects.

Position Description

Successful candidates will be expected to conduct research and teach courses at the undergraduate, master's (including MBA and M.S.), doctoral, and executive education levels. The College is committed to promoting internationalization and faculty diversity, and international applicants are especially welcome.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in a management-related field recognized by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to teach courses in English and possess strong research achievements or outstanding research potential.

  1. Curriculum vitae and personal statement, including academic background, professional experience, areas of expertise, and research interests.
  2. Copy of the highest academic degree certificate. Applicants holding foreign degrees must provide a diploma verified by an ROC overseas representative office. Applicants who have not yet graduated should provide an official statement from their academic advisor indicating the expected graduation date.
  3. Copy of the graduate transcript (required for newly graduated Ph.D. applicants only).
  4. Copy of the teaching certificate (if available).
  5. Publication list and a summary of research accomplishments.
  6. Representative publications from the past five years, together with publication references.
  7. Two letters of recommendation.
  8. Any other supporting materials that may assist the review process.
