Faculty Positions in the Graduate School of Biotechnology and Bioengineering, YZU

Position: tenure-track/non-tenure track assistant professor or above

3. Qualifications and expertise:
A) Doctorate degrees in Biotechnology, Bio-engineering, Chemistry, Biomaterial, Biomedicine or related fields from local or abroad institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan.
B) Expertise in Green Chemistry, Biomedical Artificial Intelligence, Biopharmaceutical and purification, able to collaborate with other faculties to strengthen research related to Carbon Neutralization, Biomaterial, Intelligent Manufacturing, Environmental Sustainability and etc.

C) Experienced in post-doc research, participated in cross-national research collaboration, international Industrial/Academic Cooperation Project or practical application related research are a plus.

D) Other requirements: Excellent command in English, good communication and teamwork skills. Able to undergo research work and teachings in tandem, and able to integrate interdisciplinary research abilities as well as committed to course design and integrating research groups. 
F) Ability to teach/instruct undergraduate and graduate level courses in English.

B) Resume and autobiography;
C) Statement of research and teaching interests (including brief description of research interests, projects participated, teaching plans of courses, and future research directions);
D) A copy of the highest degree certificate (For those who hold a foreign degree, please submit a graduation diploma verified by the ROC overseas official office; for those who have not obtained the graduation diploma can submit the instructor’s certificate indicating the expected date of graduation);
E) A copy of the highest degree academic transcript (For those who hold a foreign degree, please submit the transcript verified by the ROC overseas official office);
F) A copy of the official teacher certificate (exempt if not yet obtained the certificate);
G) A copy of publication(s) and list (including patents) within five years (must indicate the source);
