( 4 ) Qualifications : The candidate must hold a Ph.D. degree in the fields of electrical engineering , electronics , information technology , or communications engineering from domestic or international institutions . Additionally , they should demonstrate outstanding research performance , a strong passion for teaching and service , collaborative team spirit , approachability , and proficiency in English .
  5. ( 5 ) Area of Expertise :
    • ● Telecommunication engineering : communication engineering , including advanced communication , software-defined radio , satellite technology , communication networks , and related fields ( able to teach courses in communication engineering , signal processing , and mathematics ) .
    • ● High-frequency technology : microwave engineering , antenna engineering , RFIC design , 5G/B5G communication system design or other RF- and communication-related research areas .
    • ● Artificial intelligence : AI communication networks , cloud computing , edge intelligence , machine learning , digital signal processing , computer vision , natural language processing , and other intelligent information-related fields .
