The new RAE is built on the previous Reaxys Basic Edition and now includes two powerful new features:
- AI-Based Retrosynthesis –
Draw your own molecule and get a predicted complete synthesis pathway within 10 minutes. It also provides information from literature about similar reactions, including reagents, yields, and reaction details. - Bioactivity Visualization –
Explore biological applications of your compound library, identify potential drug targets, and analyze bioactivity data through easy-to-understand heatmaps, based on literature and patent information.
To protect your intellectual property and ensure database security, RAE uses a dual login method: IP authentication + personal account (must be registered with a Yuan Ze University email).

How to register a personal account:
- First-time users:
While on campus or within the YZU’s IP range or YZU SSL VPN, go to www.reaxys.com and click Register. Sign up using your Yuan Ze email address. - Already have a Reaxys account?
- If your current account is not linked to a Yuan Ze email, please register again following the first-time user steps.
- If your account already uses a Yuan Ze email, you can continue using it directly.
