配合機車停車場開放使用之臨時交通管制措施 Temporary Traffic Control Measures in Connection with the Opening of the Motorcycle Parking Area

主旨：配合機車停車場開放使用之臨時交通管制措施公告

說明：

一、管制時間：115年2月26日（星期四）起實施。

二、本校機車停車場已於114年12月核准設置，並於近日完工。為改善校園周邊機車違停情形，並提供學生校內停車空間，機車停車場將於2月26日 09:00am 正式啟用，並同步開放東泰街側門通行。

三、為避免學生機車逕入教學區，東泰街側門開放後，將於活動中心前方實施道路通行管制（詳如附圖）。

四、管制期間，由遠東路校門入校車輛無法前往第三宿舍停車場：

     (一) 遠東路校門入校汽車請停放於環校道路停車位，已核准入校之教職員機車請停放於休閒中心後方停車棚。

     (二) 需停放第三宿舍停車場之汽車請於東泰街側門入校，惟第三宿舍地下停車場車位有限，如無實際需求仍請由正門入校。

五、配合東泰街側門開放後之校園車牌辨識系統刻正建置整合中，俟測試完成後將儘速解除管制措施。

六、管制期間造成不便，敬請見諒。

 

Subject: Temporary Traffic Control Measures in Connection with the Opening of the Motorcycle Parking Area

Details:

  1. Effective Date: Thursday, February 26, 2026.
  2. The on-campus motorcycle parking area, approved in December 2025, has recently been completed. To address illegal motorcycle parking around the campus and to provide students with designated on-campus parking, the motorcycle parking facility will officially open at 9:00 AM on February 26. The Dongtai Street side gate will also be opened for access on the same day.
  3. To prevent motorcycles from directly entering the academic area, traffic control measures will be implemented on the road in front of the Activity Center after the Dongtai Street side gate opens (see attached map).
  4. During the traffic control period, vehicles entering through the Yuandong Road main gate will not be able to access the Third Dormitory parking lot:

      (1) Cars entering via the Yuandong Road main gate should park in designated spaces along the campus ring road. Authorized faculty and staff motorcycles should park in the shed behind the Recreation Center.

      (2) Vehicles intending to park in the Third Dormitory parking lot must enter through the Dongtai Street side gate. Please note that parking spaces in the Third Dormitory underground lot are limited. If there is no specific need, drivers are advised to use the main gate.

  1. Integration and testing of the campus license plate recognition system for the Dongtai Street side gate are currently underway. Traffic control measures will be lifted as soon as system testing is completed.
