  • Change the habits

  Rearrange your lifestyle brought about by the epidemic, and use creativity to establish new behaviors and schedules for yourself, your relatives and friends.

  Incorporate active interpersonal management in your life by intentionally arranging a meaningful interaction with people in order to maintain a diverse and fulfilling daily routine.
