1.Dealing with a contingency or emergency of campus security

2.Taking a role of the chief in charge of graduation ceremony, guidance and assistance of students for university admission, and the parent-teacher association program.

3.Supervising Chun-Huei Project, military service, and all the guidance and assistance of foreign students, living education of in-school and outside-school.

4.Supervising ISO project, the usage of subsidy and funds for school discipline and guidance, visiting activities, and other administrative controls.

5.Offering the dean of OSA assistance to supervise related affairs and services.

5.In charge of school evaluation and Ministry of Educaton visiting.

6.In charge of commencement ceremony, guidance and assistance of students for university admission, the parent-teacher association program, and other related affairs.

7.Managing and keeping the website of OSA.

8.Supervising briefs, publications of OSA.

9.Providing assistance and deep ploughing, and encourage collaboration among groups.

10.Handling the general or the provisional related administration affairs in the headquarter of OSA.
