Welcome to Yuan Ze University's student dormitory parcel service. This section provides information on parcel delivery addresses, parcel tracking, collection times, storage periods, and overdue handling. Residents are requested to read carefully and comply with the relevant regulations.
I. Parcel Room Location and Collection Times
Parcel Room Location: Left side of the Management Center, 1st Floor, Dormitory 2.
Collection Hours:
Monday to Friday
Noon: 12:00–13:00
Evening: 18:30–20:30
Note: Parcel collection is closed during consecutive holidays.
II. Parcel Tracking
Residents can check parcel tracking information via the link below. Please check your parcel status regularly and collect it within the specified timeframe.

III. Parcel Collection Deadline and Overdue Handling
- After parcels arrive, residents should collect them within 3 working days.
- Overdue parcels will be temporarily stored at the Dormitory Service Office.
- Packages moved to the Dormitory Service Office will be held for 7 days from the date of arrival.
- Packages not claimed within the retention period will be destroyed according to the announcement without further notice.
IV. Handling of Overdue Packages
According to Article 20, Paragraph 1, Item (7) of the Yuan Ze University Student Dormitory Management Rules, "Violation of Dormitory Life Agreements," overdue packages will be issued a violation notice and 5 violation points will be deducted.
V. Package Delivery Address and Correct Format
English Address Format
Recipient: Name (Student ID)
Address: Yuan Ze University Dorm (Student ID), No. 135, Yuandong Rd., Zhongli Dist., Taoyuan City 32003, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
Note: If you cannot fill in your student ID in the address field, please be sure to add your student ID in the recipient's name field for package identification and management.
VI. Package Receipt Instructions
- Please collect your package within the specified time: After the package arrives, you should collect it within 3 business days.
- We do not provide package collection for frozen parcels, do not offer payment on behalf of customers, and do not offer return services: Residents should coordinate related matters with the logistics company themselves.
- Package pickup will be unavailable during consecutive holidays: Please pay attention to package delivery and pickup times to avoid affecting your rights.
- Other delivery issues: For any delivery irregularities, lost packages, or logistics-related problems, please contact the logistics company for confirmation.
