Welcome to YZU! In order to assess and convey appropriate mental health resources to your needs, the New Students Health Questionnaire is being conducted to understand your current mental health status before or after your enrollment as a new student.
The health information will be kept by counseling section in confidentiality. It will not be shared with others without your permission.
The Counseling and Career Development Section will reach out to you based on your test results to express concern and support. And with your consent, will invite tutors to give you care and support, so that you can study well in YZU.
