1. Approved List:
The approved list of Priority Dormitory Accommodation for Domestic Students (AY 115) is provided in Appendix 1, with a total of 105 students.
(1) Eligible under Article 7 of the Dormitory Regulations (Priority Status):
Male: 22; Female:33; Total: 55. (excluding international students).
(2) Varsity Teams (Recommended by the Physical Education Office):
Male: 25; Female: 21; Total: 46.
(3) Network Administration Team: Male: 2; Female:2; Total: 4.
2. Follow-up Requirements：
(1) Required Documents and Deposit:
Applicants whose applications are approved must submit the Student Housing Agreement and pay a Dormitory Security Deposit of NT$2,000. Both requirements must be completed within the specified period in order to officially secure dormitory accommodation for both semesters of Academic Year 115.
Failure to complete either requirement, or failure to do so within the deadline, will be regarded as voluntary withdrawal from the accommodation eligibility. No objections or remedial requests will be accepted.
(2) Submission Period: From March 19 to March 23, 2026.
(3) Dormitory Application Declaration Form:
Please download Appendix 2 and submit the completed form to the Student Housing Service Section Office (Zone C, 1F, Dormitory 1) within the specified period.

Please transfer the payment to Far Eastern International Bank (Bank Code: 805) and enter the 14-digit transfer account number along with the required payment amount. - Each applicant is assigned a unique payment account number. Please ensure that you use your own designated account number when making the payment. Do not use another student's account number for the transfer.
3. Other Important Notes
(1) Withdrawal from Accommodation: Students who wish to withdraw from the dormitory accommodation after completing the above two procedures must apply for withdrawal at the Student Housing Service Section. The dormitory security deposit already paid will not be refunded, except under special circumstances.
(2) Self-selected Roommates: Students who wish to form their own roommate groups must submit their applications from April 27 to April 29 in accordance with the relevant guidelines announced.
(3) Refund of Dormitory Security Deposit:
- The dormitory security deposit will be refunded without interest after one full year of residence, subject to the results of the dormitory check-out inspection.
- To facilitate a faster and secure refund process, please provide your bank account information so the University can transfer the payment directly without handling fees.

(4) Dormitory Fees:
- Dorm 3 (A/B): NT$26,900 per academic year
- Dorm 1 / 2 (Undergraduate): NT$22,500 per academic year
- Dorm 1 / 2 (Graduate): NT$29,300 per academic year
Dormitory fees are paid in two installments (one per semester).
(5) Dormitory Regulation – Article 8: According to the Yuan Ze University Student Dormitory Regulations, students applying for dormitory accommodation are required to stay for two semesters and pay the accommodation fees for both semesters, in principle (except for students without formal student status).
(6) Dormitory Regulation – Article 14: Students who wish to terminate their accommodation before the end of the accommodation period (two semesters) must submit an application.
For special circumstances such as graduation, suspension of study, withdrawal, transfer, internship, overseas exchange, or other force majeure reasons, refunds may be granted upon approval.
- Graduate students: Refunds will be calculated based on the months of residence.
- Undergraduate students: Refunds will follow the refund standards set by the Ministry of Education.
Students whose early check-out is approved must complete the check-out procedures and move out of the dormitory within two weeks from the approval date. If early check-out is not approved, the security deposit and the dormitory fee for the current semester will not be refunded, and the student will still be required to pay the dormitory fee for the following semester if applicable.
(7) Identity Verification:
Students approved for dormitory accommodation must personally move into the dormitory. Impersonation or substitution is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their bed assignment revoked and will be subject to disciplinary actions according to University regulations.
