I. Lottery Results
- After the lottery, results were weighted based on the distance of students’ registered residence. The list of admitted students is provided in Appendix I. Students not listed are considered not admitted in this round.
- A waiting list system will be implemented. The waiting list is provided in Appendix II. If vacancies arise, the Student Housing Service Section will announce the additional admitted list on April 20, and open the dormitory deposit payment period from April 21 to April 23 (3 days). Students who were not admitted are advised to pay close attention to subsequent announcements.
Starting from April 23, additional admitted lists will be announced every Wednesday at 3:00 PM until all vacancies are filled.
II. Follow-up Requirements
- Admitted students in this round are required to pay a dormitory deposit of NTD 2,000. Applicants must complete the payment within the designated period to officially secure accommodation for both semesters of Academic Year 115.
Failure to complete the payment on time will be regarded as voluntary forfeiture of eligibility. No objections or remedial requests will be accepted.

Each applicant has a unique payment account. Please ensure payment is made using your own designated account. Do not use another person’s account.
- Failure to complete payment within the deadline will be considered as forfeiture, and the vacancy will be allocated to candidates on the waiting list.
III. Application for Off-Campus Leased Dormitory – “Jixian Building”
Only admitted students in this round are eligible to apply. Please refer to the provided link for accommodation fees and details.
Applicants must complete registration via the designated Google Form (link). If applications exceed available capacity, priority will be determined based on submission time. The Student Housing Service Section reserves the final right of allocation and adjustment.
IV. Other Important Notes
- Withdrawal of Accommodation:
Students who wish to withdraw after completing the required procedures must apply in person at the Student Housing Service Section. The deposit paid will not be refunded. - Deposit Refund:
The deposit will be refunded without interest after one year upon successful completion of the check-out inspection.

- Dormitory III: NTD 26,900 per academic year
- Dormitories I & II: NTD 22,500 per academic year

- Regulation (Article 8):
Students applying for dormitory accommodation are, in principle, required to stay for two semesters and pay for both semesters (except for students without official student status). - Regulation (Article 14):
Students who wish to terminate their stay before completing the two-semester period must submit an application. Approved cases due to special reasons (e.g., graduation, suspension, withdrawal, transfer, internship, exchange programs, or force majeure) may be eligible for refunds according to regulations.
Approved applicants must complete check-out procedures and vacate the dormitory within two weeks of approval.
Unapproved withdrawals will result in forfeiture of the deposit and current semester fees, and the next semester’s fee must still be paid.
- Occupancy Requirement:
Approved students must personally occupy their assigned space. Subletting or impersonation is prohibited and will result in cancellation of accommodation and disciplinary action.
