All students who have been admitted and intend to stay in the dormitory must complete the deposit payment today.
Description:
I. Lottery Results
- After the lottery, results were weighted based on the distance of students’ registered residence. The list of admitted students is provided in Appendix I. Students not listed are considered not admitted in this round.
- A waiting list system will be implemented. The waiting list is provided in Appendix II. If vacancies arise, the Student Housing Service Section will announce the additional admitted list on April 20, and open the deposit payment period from April 21 to April 23 (3 days).
Students who were not admitted are advised to pay close attention to subsequent announcements.
Starting from April 23, additional admitted lists will be announced every Wednesday at 3:00 PM until all vacancies are filled.
II. Follow-up Requirements
- Admitted students must pay a dormitory deposit of NTD 2,000. Payment must be completed within the designated period to secure accommodation for both semesters of Academic Year 115.
Failure to complete the payment on time will be regarded as voluntary forfeiture. No objections or remedial requests will be accepted.

- Failure to complete payment within the deadline will be regarded as forfeiture, and the vacancy will be allocated to the waiting list.
III. Application for Off-Campus Dormitory – “Jixian Building”
Only admitted students are eligible to apply. Please refer to the provided link for details.
Applicants must complete registration via the Google Form (link). If applications exceed capacity, priority will be determined based on submission time. The Student Housing Service Section reserves the final right of allocation and adjustment.
IV. Other Important Notes
- Withdrawal:
Students who wish to withdraw after completing the procedure must apply in person. The deposit will not be refunded. - Deposit Refund:
The deposit will be refunded without interest after one year upon successful check-out inspection.

- Regulation (Article 8):
Students are required to stay for two semesters and pay both semesters’ fees (except those without official student status). - Regulation (Article 14):
Early termination requires approval. Approved cases (e.g., graduation, suspension, exchange, etc.) may be eligible for refunds.
Unapproved withdrawals will result in forfeiture of the deposit and current semester fees, and the next semester’s fee must still be paid.
- Occupancy Rule:
Students must occupy their assigned space personally. Violations will result in cancellation and disciplinary action.
