【SHSS Announcaement】AY115 Freshman Dormitory Application – First-Round Admission Results and Important Information (For Domestic Students ONLY)

Please read the following information carefully.

First-Round Admission Information

  1. Please refer to Attachment 1 for the list of students admitted in the first round.
  2. Students admitted in the first round must complete the NT$2,000 Dormitory Deposit payment during the following period:

12:00 AM, July 16, 2026 – 11:59 PM, July 17, 2026

Payment Methods:
ATM Transfer or Convenience Store Payment

Please transfer the payment to Far Eastern International Bank (Bank Code: 805) using your 14-digit virtual account number shown in the Portal and pay the exact amount due.

  1. Freshmen will officially obtain dormitory eligibility only after both being admitted and successfully paying the dormitory deposit. The list of students who have officially obtained dormitory eligibility after the first round will be announced at 10:00 AM on July 20, 2026 on the Latest Announcements page of the Student Housing Service Section.

Important Reminders

  • Students who fail to pay the dormitory deposit by the deadline will be regarded as having declined their dormitory bed, and the reservation will not be retained.
  • Please make the payment using your own personal virtual account displayed in the Portal. Each student has a unique payment account. Do not use another student's account or make duplicate payments.
  • Payment status is not updated immediately. After completing the payment, please allow several hours before checking the payment status.
  • To avoid unexpected issues, you are strongly advised not to wait until the last minute to complete the payment.

Second-Round Application (For students who do not officially obtain dormitory eligibility in the first round.)

Students who are not admitted or fail to obtain dormitory eligibility during the first round may submit a new application through the Portal according to the schedule announced in the Freshman Dormitory Application Guidelines.

Additional Information

  • Bed assignments will be arranged according to actual application status and students' living schedules. Requests for specific room types or floors cannot be accommodated.
  • The official move-in date is September 5, 2026. Students who need to move in earlier due to freshman orientation or related activities must submit a separate application and pay the required fee. (Available to first-year resident freshmen only.)
  • Move-in Instructions: To ensure an orderly move-in process and reduce congestion, freshmen will move in according to a regional schedule. Students and parents are requested to read and follow the move-in instructions carefully.
  • Bed assignment results will be announced at 3:00 PM on August 26 on the Student Housing Service Section's Latest Announcements page. If your bed assignment information is not listed, it means that you have not been assigned a dormitory bed. No separate notification will be sent.
